Suitcases are unsuitable for safaris; passengers should bring only soft-sided bags;
Luggage on domestic flights is strictly limited to one bag 15 kgs per person (including hand luggage) - Bag Size 65 x 46cm.
It is recommended that for safety and comfort reasons, passengers exceeding 95kgs should purchase an extra seat.
NOTE:
We must be advised in advance of any persons travelling with disabilities or physical challenges to check with the airline prior to confirming any booking. Internal airline conditions require passengers to be able to lift themselves and reach an emergency exit unaided, communicate with the crew and unfasten a seat belt. Passengers that are unable to manage unassisted must be accompanied by two persons who will assist them during embarking and disembarking the aircraft and in case of an emergency. Wheelchair users should also check with us regarding carriage of wheelchairs in the undercarriage of the aircraft. Please note as these are light aircrafts, the airlines have various weight restrictions per seat. Seats are also narrow and have less leg room than economy seats in ‘normal’ scheduled aircrafts which would be restrictive for larger passengers.
