Continue with a half day Guided Tour of Istanbul visiting:
Hagia Sophia (or Aya Sofya), The Cathedral built by Emperor Justinian, considered a significant sample of Byzantine art and engineering. The Basilica became a Mosque (AyaSofia) during the Ottoman Empire and is now one of Istanbul's most essential Museums (a UNESCO-listed). It houses an extensive collection of Ottoman/Byzantine era antiquities and objects that once belonged to 15th-century Sultans.
Continue to The Blue Mosque, One of Istanbul's most recognized sites built by Sultan Ahmed I in the 17th century to exceed the beauty of Hagia Sophia. This Imperial Mosque is a striking sight with its multiple cascading domes and minarets, and inside beautiful blue Iznik tiles cover the walls. When visiting the Mosque, you are asked to dress modestly (no shorts), remove your shoes at the entrance; women should cover their heads with a scarf, turn off your flash camera and walk/talk quietly after all this is a place of worship.
Istanbul's Byzantine Hippodrome, This arena was the center of Byzantium's life used for chariot races and public meetings. The Roman Emperor Septimus Severus built it; It was adorned with many monuments brought from different places of the Roman Empire, many of them now on display at various Museums the ones that remain here are The Egyptian Obelisk of Thutmose III, The Serpentine Column, and the Walled Obelisk. The Hippodrome is now public park a favorite meeting place for people known as Sultanahmet Meydani, At Meydani, in Turkish.
Grand Bazaar: The oldest covered market in the world, its passages, and alleys lined with over four thousand shops, here you find anything but especially carpets, spices, art pieces, jewelry, and leather, to bargain with the shopkeepers is accepted.

After breakfast transfer to airport for flight to Ankara.
Upon arrival, visits in Ankara - the capital city of Turkey -, including the Hittite Museum, where archaeological pieces dating as far back as the prehistoric age are exhibited.
Also visit Mausoleum of Ataturk, where the founder of the Turkish Republic lies. After lunch depart by road for Cappadocia. Upon arrival check in at your Hotel for Dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, a visit to the natural Citadel of Uchisar;
Then visit the Subterranean City of Kaymakli, built in the 7th century by Christians fleeing persecution, in which a visitor can descend several floor levels. After lunch at a local Restaurant, visit the Göreme Open Air Museum; the Pasabag Valley, and finally Avanos Village.
The visit will end in a factory/shop artesenía typical of the region. Overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 06 - Tuesday: Cappadocia - Konya - Pamukkale
After breakfast depart for Pamukkale via Konya.
It's a long day, but well worth it! Drive along the winding mountain roads to the holy city of Konya. On the way visit: The Sultanhan Caravanserai: This is one of the largest caravanserais in the world, and is considered one of the most significant masterpieces of the Seljuk Period. This massive structure was built by the famous architect Muhammad bin Havlan el-Dimiski between 1228 and 1229. During the Seljuk Period, this caravanserai was used by merchants as a roadside Inn. After lunch in Konya, you will visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana: founder of the mystical movement of "Dervishes." Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi was a Sufi mystic and poet whose poetry is celebrated all over the world for its beauty and spirituality. Highly ornamented, the mausoleum room honors the people who accompanied Mevlana and his family on his journey to Turkey. Continue to Pamukkale. Arrive at the hotel on time for dinner and overnight.

The ancient City of Hierapolis, contain extensive archeological ruins from the Greco - Roman and Early Christian periods and is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Some of the highlights are the Colonnade Street with pillars on each side of the street, a well preserved Roman Theatre situated in the middle of the City and a Necropolis. Hierapolis was once a Roman Spa City.
Hierapolis is located at the top of the beautiful petrified waterfalls, and terraced basins known as Cotton Palace, visiting these Travertine Formations is one of the most popular and unique experiences when visiting Pamukkale.
Drive to Selcuk and visit the Shrine of Virgin Mary; a typical example of beautiful Roman architecture is hidden in the lush greenery. It is located on top of Bulbul Mountain 9 km ahead of Ephesus and is believed to be where Mary spent her last days.
After lunch at a local restaurant you continue to Ephesus; the Roman Capital of Asia Minor. The city was first developed as a Port where it was used as an important commercial center due to its strategic location. Today, Ephesus is a popular tourist destination, but back in ancient times, it acted as an important trade center of the world. See the Agora, Odeon and the Temple of Hadrian before continuing along the marble road to the Library of Celsus and the Great Theater of the city.

Day 08 - Thursday: Kusadasi - Pergamum - Troy - Canakkale
After breakfast departure for the Ancient Kingdom of Pergamum to visit Asclepieum.
After lunch visit Asclepieum, This is perhaps the world's most famous ancient medical center which was founded by a man named Archias. The Asclepion of Pergamum gained fame through a local physician who studied in Greece and Alexandria before settling in Pergamum as a doctor to gladiators. The methods of treatment used here included blood transfusions, music therapy, and meditation performed.
Continue for Troy. The traditional town in the Iliad of Homeros, visit the Athena Temple.

After breakfast, pickup from the hotel for your half day Athens morning City Tour.
We will begin with a panoramic driving tour of Athens passing by the most important monuments and landmarks of the city. We will marvel the Panathinaikon stadium, pass by the ex-Royal Palace and today the Prime Minister's residence, the temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian's Arch, the Parliament and the tomb of the unknown soldier the National Library, the old Parliament, and Constitution (Syntagma) square to arrive at the Acropolis.
Next, we head for our guided visit to the Acropolis, including the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Parthenon, the Erechtheion.
The remainder of the day at leisure to explore Plaka, the picturesque old part of the city, and why not, some shopping at Ermou street.
